Margaret Christie Lennie was born in Newhaven, a fishing village in Edinburgh, Scotland, on the 5th of June 1932. She sadly passed away in Anam Cara, Bray Park, Australia on 2nd January 2014 aged 81. Margaret’s parents were William and Isabella Carnie. She had two older brothers, Arthur and Frank, who have passed away, and a sister Helen in England who celebrated her 90th birthday in 2013.
