Leslie Ong was Tableau's Southeast Asia (SEA), Hong Kong and Taiwan leader. He was an authentic and compassionate leader who won the hearts of those around him. Leslie made the team feel at ease, yet motivated the team to be bold in what can be achieved and successfully grew the SEA business in a short time.
