Leila Juanita Hyde

In Loving Memory 13 May 1922 – 14 July 2017 Leila J. ‘Nita’ Hyde (nee de Silva, 95) originally of Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka passed away peacefully at Blacktown Hospital NSW Australia. Beloved wife of Roy Hyde (dec) daughter of the late Leila Galton and Vincent de Silva. Much loved mummy, granny, Aunty Nita and friend to many. Nita is survived by her seven children Royston, Mary, Tessa, Cuthbert, Basil, Anne, Bernard, eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Nita was a past pupil of Good Shepherd Convent Kandy. Memorial service on Monday 24 July will be held at The Good Shepherd Parish 136 Hyatts Road Plumpton NSW at 10.30 AM, Viewing at 8.30 AM at Guardian Funerals Blacktown +61 (02) 9622 1284 In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to St Theresa Childrens Home GSC Nuwara Eliya, Mahaiyawa Elders Home and Lawrence Hyde Boys Home Katugastota.
