Debbie McCartney We miss our dear friend and neighbor, but we will always cherish all the fun times we shared with Charles and John at the corner on East Capitol .
Jennifer H. Thanks for sharing. Look at those hats ❤️🎩.
My husband and I only met Charles about two years ago, but we quickly found out that we had a lot in common-- friends, dogs, sense of humor to name a few. He will be greatly missed by so many. We'll miss that quick grin, his willingness to help, and his boundless kindness to others.

Such a gentle man. Easy to talk with. I met Charles through John when he was coming to our church sometimes with Charles.
