THORNTON, William David (Bill) ~ On October 16, 2013 at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Kay, Cherished father of Andrew, step-father of John and the late Nigel, grandpop of Kayla and respected brother-in-law. Sadly missed by his many friends.
