Dow Thomas James 'Tom' Passed away peacefully on 6th April 2016 aged 87 years In Katharine House Hospice. Much loved husband of Julia. A Service to Celebrate Tom's life will be held at 12.00 noon on Monday 25th April at Banbury Crematorium. Family flowers only.
