Robert Bowyer From the Cotton On Intranet Hi all, Today we are celebrating the 10 years of Terry Ganly, Business Systems Support Analyst at the Global Support Centre. We asked Terry’s manager Tom Patterson to tell us a bit about him, and he had this to say; Terry has had a huge impact on the evolution of the Cotton On Technology function. Throughout his time, Terry has been involved with a number of our systems including reporting and applications (CMS, RMS, WMS), with a stand-out highlight being the development of an interface for integration between our internal systems and third parties which is affectionately known as the "Terry Interface" (TI for short) throughout the team. Terry has built up an incredible amount of business knowledge throughout the years and has always displayed a strong sense of personal leadership, often going above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes for the business and technology. On a personal level, Terry has developed some extremely strong relationships with team members across the business and we really value everything he does in building our team culture – specifically his much loved movie/ TV recommendations, jokes and stories about his video game endeavours. Terry is famous for his extremely strong fashion game (a pioneer of bold colour choices within the technology team). On behalf of the wider technology team, a huge congratulations to Terry on this massive milestone and we are looking forward to many more years of continued success! We love you Terry!
Wendy Ganly He was such a happy fellow when he picked up his 4X4, added extras to it and was ready to go out in the bush.

Sadly Terry's Dad, Robert's eyes were getting worse and wasn't able to clearly see the photo of his son, my Memorial Pendant and with his hair shaved off. Even sadder was the fact that he had never seen Terry when he had his beard. Photo to follow
