POWELL Sylvia Elaine Passed away peacefully at Wotton Rise Nursing Home on February 20th 2016. Beloved wife of the late Ken and mother to Colin and Mark, mother-in-law to Angela, grandmother to Fiona and Caroline, aunt and great grandmother. Thanks to all the staff at Wotton Rise.
