Susan passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Tom, loving and cherished mother of Daniel, Paul and Alison. Proud Grandma of Oliver and Joseph. Family and friends are warmly invited to a service to celebrate Susan's life at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 28 Chalk Street, Wooloowin on Tuesday the 17th of December, 2024 at 11:00am.
