Join MemoriesRose Tozier Sam was born on June 25, 1971 in Las Vegas, NV at UMC Hospital. Sam wasn't due to come into this world until the end of September, but in a hurry to get here, he arrived 2 months early. A preemie, weighing 2.5 pounds, 100% fighter. He was the 2nd oldest out of 6 kids.
