Alvin Teo From Uncle Victor: Roland Teo, my brother and best friend had always been looking out and taking care of me. He was the kindest, most selfless person I’ve ever known. When he came back from CNY in Singapore, he knew the serious situation of the virus. He brought over some goodies for me: Three n95 masks and a huge bottle of sanitizer. He kept reminding me not to go out. Brought me food at least once a week, so I don’t have to go out for food shopping. When I was in the hospital down with my 5th pneumonia attack, I did not tell him. As usual Roland brought food to my house and he found out I was in the hospital. He was so shocked, thinking of the worst. I told him don’t worry it’s not Coronavirus, but pneumonia is contagious and forbade him to visit. I was in the hospital from 3/12-3/16 and they started forbidding any visitors from 3/16. Few days after my release, I called him. He told me he was in the hospital, down with Covid-19. I prayed really hard for God to take me instead of him should the worst happens as I have a lot more health issues than him. Still cannot believe on 4/23 he lost his life to this terrible virus. Roland was a very good man and he will be greatly missed by all of us, his family and friends who knows and loves him. I will miss all the times that we spent together. Those are memories that I cherish. I do not have enough words to describe our loss. He will never be forgotten. My deepest condolences to his wife Eileen, son Alvin, daughters Angie and Nana, all their spouses and his grandkids. May he Rest In Peace, God bless.

Hui Kian Tan Roland has always been very gracious and big-hearted. He was like a brother to me since young. Though we miss him, we are comforted that he is now with our Lord Jesus and we have the hope and assurance that one day we will all meet again in God’s eternal kingdom. ‘For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.’ 1 Thessalonians 4:14 Deepest condolences to Eileen, Alvin, Angel and NaNa. Roland will never be forgotten and will forever be remembered. We thank God for his life that has been such a great blessing to all of us.
