Richard Ngon-Yee Wong, age 77 passed away peacefully at his family home in Chermside West, Brisbane, on Thursday, 12 November, 2015. Born on 7 August, 1938, in Canton, China, he and his beautiful wife Grace moved to Rabaul, Papua New Guinea, to seek new adventures and set up their business of owning their own convenience store. Beloved husband of Grace and loving father of Wilson (wife Jacqui), Wendy, Julius (wife Elmy) and Selina. Grandfather to Johanna, Jaimeelyn, Wyatt & Jacob. Viewing and farewells will commence 10:45am sharp. Service will be held at on 11am, Friday, 20 November at Albany Creek Memorial Park in the Lakeview Chapel, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs. Cremation will be held in private. Relatives and friends most welcome to join Richard's family for light refreshments after the service.
