Richard Samaniego

Richard was born to John and Catarina Samaniego on September 9, 1944 in San Marcos, Tx and passed away in Modesto, Ca on November 15, 2020 @ the age of 76. Electric was an electrician for 34 years until retirement. Richard enjoyed camping fishing hunting and making memories with his family. But his greatest joy was watching his grandchildren following his footsteps. Richard was preceded in death by his son Albert Rodriguez, his parents John & Catarina Samaniego, Brothers Johnny Samaniego, Freddy Samaniego, Sisters Rosa Tanner & Hilma Galvin. He is survived by his children Regina Satariano, Rich Samaniego, Anthony Samaniego, Marina Rodriguez, Monica Rodriguez, & Paul Samaniego, 19 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren. Brothers: Samuel Samaniego, Joe (Sophia) Samaniego, Roy (Kathy) Samaniego, & John Antonio Samaniego; sisters: Annette Samaniego, Elda Martinez, Patsy Cady, & Mary Samaniego, &numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held Tuesday November 24th, 2020 at 4:19 scenic drive Modesto California 95350 followed by a celebration of life gathering. Interment will be private.
