PALMER, Phyllis Jean. Peacefully at Whakatane Hospital aged 93 and a half years old. Dearly loved wife of Walter (Wally). Most caring and beautiful mother of Linda and Terry. Cherished mother and best friend of Julia and Carl. Nanny to Ross, Sally, Jane, Lexi and Nathan. Great Nanny to Torben, Zara, Daniel, Hana, Rachel, Benjamin, Lily and Pearl. A celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services Ltd, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Tuesday 9th October at 2pm followed by burial in the Hillcrest New Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
