Phil Seplowe

Phil moved to Palm Harbor, FL from Queens, NY in 1975 and there was nothing he liked more than spending his time either at the beach or at a Rays baseball game with any one of his beloved friends or family members. Owner of the Palm Harbor Bagel Outlet, Phil was known far and wide as the bagel man who brought so much joy to everyone in the Palm Harbor community and his beloved Temple Ahavat Shalom.
