Traci Taz Robinson Cheech loved to tell the story of how we met, much to my horror. He thought it was hilarious to tell the story to everyone. I don't remember the night as I was incredibly drunk, but I heard about it ALOT. All I can say is thank god for alcohol 🤣 It gave me an amazing friend for 14years.
Anna Dunphy No matter what Cheech was always up for an adventure! Could be as obscure as anything, Cheech was always happy to try anything once. In this unlikely circumstance that's actually a fake beer bottle that contained a treasure map!
You were at a loose end one day in work and i suggested you come into my group as we were having a games day. You put the younger students to shame by beating them at boxing on the Wii. We played Mario Kart and Bowling. I think we enjoyed it more than the students as we laughed and chatted about it a few times!
Adam Jones Good bye to a true gent , would do anything to help anyone , I miss this face and the company we kept , sleep well my friend
Anna Dunphy
Anna Dunphy I wanted to pick this photo as the background as it was from a very happy time. I think there will be a very common theme where I talk about adventures! Things were really picking up for Paul in this photo with work and it showed with how happy he was.
Sarah Boalch Something I loved about Mitchley was it didn't matter how far apart our meet ups were it was like we'd seen each other yesterday. Whenever there was a party he was always there, he didn't miss a single milestone of mine since my 18th birthday right up to my most recent milestone my 30th! Parties just won't be the same without him he was always found on the dance floor! Xx
only got to know paul a few years ago through college, but we hit it off straight away. We shared the same kind of sense of humour, and he was a great listener aswel as moaner haha... we share the same Birthday and star sign, and he thought it was hilarious that i was older. I remember going round to trim his hair, what i thought was a trim... until...
I only knew Paul a short time but he always made an effort to get to know me. We would talk about all the new shows we were watching and games we were playing. Such a friendly guy and always easy to get on with. Taken far too soon.
What can I say, what a guy, could talk to you about anything and you listened. Good at figuring out our mistakes on the computers, you'd say ' you just do this' do it and laugh you was so helpful to us all, and great with the students, especially my Jack who built up a rapport with you, you kept him motivated and on track and I'm truly grateful fo...
We had training at work one day and the person on the video resembled Arnold Schwarzenegger (from total recall when he was a woman) you, Becky and myself were in fits of laughter outside as you kept saying "2 weeks". Will miss your sense of humor and the staff room won't be the same without your laugh!
..You were special to me .We both had the interview at Rhos Feb.2016, we both started at Rhyl (Interview buddies you once said.. ).We became friends so quickly. You made it so easy with your kindness, never failed to make me laugh, having an open ear for me and all.We got to know each other more..went out for a few with work, you always insisted wal...

On a professional level, Paul was always very diligent and helpful, bringing his learners to their study sessions and keeping us informed if they were unable to attend. On a personal level, I always found Paul very friendly and happy to chat and share a funny anecdote. We would frequently pass on Ffordd Las, one of us walking towards town and the o...
Paul was kind, polite and happy to help anyone. I will miss his friendly face at work. Rest in peace Paul.
Anna Dunphy Not necessarily a memory but more like a promise! We kept saying that we'd take the time off in January to go to the Up Helly Aa festival in Shetland - Viking celebrations that end with a big Viking long boat being burnt. It's better than it sounds... Paul- we're still going to the Up Helly Aa festival. In the meantime I hope you liked our own mini burning boat!
Paul was a lovely person. Always laughing and joking. And would give you his time no matter what. My 3 boys loved him, especially my eldest, they would talk about gaming for hours. He never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was part of our family, never missed a Birthday celebration. The thing I remember about Paul the most is his quiet chuckl...
Family and friends
This page has been built for Paul's (also known as Cheech) family, friends and colleagues to connect online and share their personal memories and stories. Although we cannot see him in the future, we have so many happy memories that we can visit at any time. We would like this to be the platform, the bus station, the airport to those happy memories.
Join Memories to request access to contribute your cherished photos, videos, and stories to Paul's memorial with others who loved them.
