SEAMAN, Patrick Cecil John. Passed away at Mercy Hospice on Saturday the 13June 2015, after a short illness. Fabulous husband of Kathleen. Much loved Father to Anna, Laura and Maddy. Adored Grandpo to Ava, Georgia, Harriet and his much anticipated granddaughter to come. A celebration of Patrick's life will be held at All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 102 St Johns Road, Meadowbank at 10.30am on Friday the 19th of June. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice, 61 College Hill, Freemans Bay 1023, or may be left at the service.
