We have lost a great man. Patrick Francis Ryan aka “The Senator” aka “Pops” lived a great life. He loved finding the next adventure and sometimes trouble. The stories about him are often legendary. We will all miss how well he told those stories and how easily he could get us all laughing. We tried to get him to record his past adventures but he wasn’t the type, the man needed an audience. We created this online memorial in the hopes friends and family could share in Pop’s interesting life and fill in the gaps where they might. Some stories may not feel right to share in this format but we would still like them if you wish to share. We do not know everyone but we do know we all lost one of our most favorite people and we share in your grief. His legend and his name shall live on. These are uncertain times, we do not have any gatherings planned at this time. In honor of Patrick Ryan, let us try to tell the stories as well as he did, have that fourth cookie, help someone who needs it, make someone laugh, stand up for the little guy, work hard, and dream big.
