Patricia Elaine Phillips

It is with deep sadness that the world has lost our mum, Pat Phillips. She was such a strong, loving, beautiful and courageous woman. A selfless mother to us three children Alex, Kate and Jane; daughter to Ted and Joyce; sister to Janet and giving grandmother to three gorgeous grand kids Mya, Harry and Victoria. She was loved by many and will never be forgotten, always in our hearts and watching over us - a true Angel!
