LEWIS, Patricia Ann "Pat", nee Perkins. Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on the 11th June, 2009. Beloved Wife of Les. Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Jenny and Bill, Judy and Richard, David and Tanya. Loving Grandma and Great-grandma to Gavin and Kym; Michael and Emily; Isobela, Emmanuel and Sebastian. Much loved Sister of Ellie (dec'd), Freda, Doreen (dec'd), Vera, Arthur (dec'd), Bob and Peg.
