Family and friends
Diane Ho This was a photo we captured on my first outing with our team. This is when I realized what a family this department is to each and every one of us. Little did I know, this was the start of a friendship. After this day, we continued to spend frequent Friday's trying out different bars and restaurants around town. Oskie would always be excited to join us. He loved getting to know each of us and sharing knowledge. He would always make sure we were all safe. He was honest and reliable, at work and outside of work. I remember the time he asked me if I've been to certain bars downtown but after telling him that i'm still new to the area, we made a promise we would try them all. He was a great person to the core. He will be missed dearly but never forgotten.

G Bernardo Oski's favorite go-to drink: his own secret recipe of Starbucks "Horchata" made with Green tea, milk, and sprinkles of cinnamon. He orders this drink everyday, rain or shine!
I have tried very hard to think of any negative things about Oscar, so I wouldn’t feel as sad about his passing. And I failed. Oscar was the most angelic person I have met in my life. He was one fine, humble, hardworking, generous, friendly, genuine, considerate, insightful, kind and funny man. I am very fortunate for having met him, becoming good ...

Osci, as I would call Oscar, you will be sorely missed. I will miss talking about the Chargers and the Rams with you. I could laugh with you and Vivo. You were always a gentleman and sharp as a tack and I am so happy to have worked with you for my short time here at Wedbush.
Diane Ho A moment in time of two friends.
Oscar was always available to answer our questions, no matter how busy he was at work. Oscar was the most hardworking, selfless, and genuine friend, who was always there for everyone anytime of the day. He will be greatly missed and remembered by everyone he's managed to cross paths with, both inside and outside of Wedbush. Rest in Peace Oskie, tha...

I've known Oskie for about 3 years now and it's sad to know that he won't have my back anymore. Literally, because he was sitting right behind me at work. Even though he was very busy, he'd always take the time to help out his colleagues and was always so patient to help us understand the situations. Whenever we'd go out, Oskie would always be the ...
I've only known Oski for a short period of time but I know he's someone we can all rely on and he's always been caring about the people around him. At work, he's like our rock that we can depend on. He's always very busy but when you ask something, he would help you with everything he can. Whenever we all go out together after work, he would end up...
I met Oscar 6 years ago and found him to be a smart and strong person. He had a sly sense of humor that I found brilliant. I will miss him terribly.
I initially met Oscar at Dreyfus and that was about 23 years ago. We had some memorable times then, but that honeymoon never lasted long when the business went into a Mandatory Merger (after the Tender Offer) > we were all let go. Although not as often, we still had communication (thanks to cell phones). Perhaps like most of you who have down to ea...
Oscar's memory will always live on as a kind, humble and caring individual. It was always a pleasure working with him. He is missed.
Although I had not spent that long working with Oscar, he had always struck me as a man who would live his life in the best way that he could, without regrets. He would always work harder than most people that I know and help others along the way too. His energetic attitude towards everyone belied his true age. It is too tragic having Oscar to leav...
Though Oscar and I both worked at our previous firm, Dreyfus Brokerage, I didn't really know him until at Wedbush. To me, Oscar was a happy go lucky guy with no stress in the world. In the early morning, I sometime bumped into him while walking to the building from my bus ride and him getting off his train to work. We would high five each other a...
