    Nigel Hawthorne

    Sir Nigel Hawthorne, CBE is probably most remembered for his role as Sir Humphrey Appleby, the Permanent Secretary in the 1980s sitcom "Yes Minister." He has won many BAFTA's in his career, most notably for his role in "The Madness of King George." He is survived by his partner Trevor Bentham.
