CLARKE, Mervyn Blanchard (Pete): Reg. No. 45636. Pvt. 2.N.Z.E.F. Japan. Passed away peacefully at Maida Vale Retirement Village, Bell Block, New Plymouth, on Friday October 9, 2015, aged 91 years. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth Pamela (Betty), loving father and father in law of Heather and Steve, Terry and Sue, Glenn and Julie, and Brett. Adoring Poppy to Chad and Tash, Bryce (deceased), Ali and Daniel, Caleb, Stephanie, Jenna, Brook, and all of his great-grandchildren. Messages to 8 Hamua Place, Waitara. Pete's funeral will be held in the Waitara District Services and Citizens Club, 16 Queen Street, Waitara, on Wednesday October 14, 2015, at 12pm followed by interment in the Waitara Cemetery.
