Mary Ann Skeed - loving wife of Allan ( Bill ) Skeed. Cherished and amazing mother of Alan, Anne, Tony and Greg. Dearly loved mother-in-law to Trish and Gladys. Adored and devoted Grandmother ( Mumma ) of 10, Great Grand mother of 13, and Great Great Grandmother of 3. An amazing, wonderful and beautiful person who showed unconditional love for her family, friends, and all those who walked life's journey with her. She showed total devotion to God, and lived her life based on decent Christian morals and values just as Jesus Christ has taught us. Saint Mother Mary MacKillop was her favourite saint, and she prayed to her daily. There is now a new and saintly angel in Heaven. You live with us now in a new and different way mum. We know you are with us each step of life’s journey, and you will help us in all we do. We have fond memories of how you nurtured us as young children, healed us when we were sick, took us to school each day and how happy we were to see your face when you picked us up at the end of the school day. We can never forget your warm hugs as you wiped away tears from our eyes when we were sad. Thanks for your encouragement when we faced various tasks, and the immense pride you showed in our success. We will never forget the amazing parties you organised as we grew through our teenage years, and the Sunday dinners every week where you prepared meals for the entire family, grandchildren and all. I will miss the visits to the club, the shopping at the Mall and Erina, the picnics on the coast, and just those simple little talks we had on various occasions. Know that it was the greatest honour and privilege caring for you over the years. This has never been about a goodbye, but rather a farewell. I look forward to the day when we meet again and live forever in the love and peace of Jesus Christ our Saviour, and the care of God Our Father. Love you mum. Until we meet again, God bless. Tony
