Marion Jean Larraga

Marion Jean Larraga (née Groman), age 60 years, went to live eternally with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 3, 2021 from her home in New Castle, DE. She will be fiercely missed by her surviving family: her husband Larry; her children Mikaela (Timothy) Sands, Corin Larraga, and Asher Larraga; and her grandchildren Isaac and Noah Sands. Marion’s unwavering faith and love for Jesus manifested themselves most clearly in the kindness, generosity, and hospitality that she demonstrated to all those who passed through her life and her home. She was an avid reader – never without a book at arm’s reach – and a lover of good music, delicious food, and most importantly the dear friends that she shared it all with. The absence of her warmth and grace will leave the world a sadder place, but her family and friends will joyfully celebrate the memory of her life and carry on fulfilling the legacy of love that she left behind.
