Laura Marlene Hallinan

To My Beautiful Daughter, Laura Marlene. Laura Marlene HALLINAN was born to William and Bernice Hallinan on Saturday 21st May, 1983 at The Huon District Hospital, Franklin in the Huon Valley, Tasmania. Laura at the time of her birth had one older sister Alana and later in '85 a brother Sam was born. Laura was raised & schooled in Cygnet & Woodbridge, completing her higher education at Hobart College at Mt Nelson. Laura trained as a Chef, at the time of Laura's passing in April 2014 she was attending Tafe, studying 'Horticulture level 3.' Laura did not marry nor did she have any children, but her babies were her 3 beloved cats, especially Leo. Laura was an elegant, tall young lady with a thirst of knowledge and an enthusiasm to protect Australia's Wildlife, she also loved fishing and enjoyed art, painting some lovely pieces. Laura touched so many people in her short life of 3Oyrs, 10 mths & 14dys. Everyone, i'm sure has a special memory of my beautiful daughter. Laura is at peace. Her resting place is at Kingston, Tasmania, overlooking The D'Entrecasteaux Channel. R.I.P Laura
