    CLARKE, Kerry John. On April 5th 2015 at Middlemore Hospital, aged 60 years. A service for Kerry will be held at the All Saints Chapel of Purewa Crematorium, St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Saturday 11th April at 12 noon.
