Then later moved to Elk Grove CA and El Dorado Hills CA where she finished high school and cosmetology school. Loved all people and animals and wandered fearlessly into the world, led by her curiosity and sense of adventure. Traveled into that unknown world looking for love and peace and is now resting in that eternal peace at Green Valley Cemetery, Rescue CA. Survived by her sister Christina and her mother and father, Jeanette and Eric and all the other friends and family whose lives were affected and touched by Kelsey's presence. We all loved Kelsey with all of our hearts and we will miss her. Please share your memories with others so that we can all relive the joy that she brought us in life.
