Mary Carr Julie Chen passed away on January 1st, 2023. The world has lost have loving mother, sister and friend, our thoughts and prayers are with her.
Julie was my neighbor for several years and will always remember her fondly. Julie was so friendly and often looked after our pet cat Billy when we went on holiday. It's very sad that she has passed away. Sending my condolences to the Chen family 🌟
To the Chen family, As you go through this difficult time, remember that you are so loved. Julie will be deeply missed.
