Julia Jane (Judy) Rivinius born December 14th, 1942, to James and Malvine (Mel) Rehovsky in Oaks, North Dakota. Judy loved growing up on the farm, taking care of the cattle, riding horses, hunting with her dog Fanny, fishing, and laying in the hay. Family was Judy’s greatest treasure and the shining light in her life. She married and had two children in Bismarck. Enjoyed going to Detroit Lakes, MN to see family. In 1989 Judy met her “friend” Willie and soon after adopted his family as her own. She cherished the time spent at Willies’ River lot where they camped and fished until their hearts were content. Judy was an adamant sports fan with a love of all sports especially football, “go 49ers”. She enjoyed playing pool, bowling with her good friend Tammy, and going to the casino with her buddy Jan. Judy will be greatly missed. She is remembered for her dedicated friendship and the loving care she extended to all those in her life, leaving many precious memories and experiences along the way.
