John Percival William "Jack" Sclater

Formerly of Albion Park Rail. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 7th July 2018. Dearly loved husband of June (dec). Cherished Dad of Janelle & Geoff, Wayne & Sue. Loved Granddad of Nicole, Melissa, Dane, Rachael, Scott and twelve great grandchildren. Sadly missed by all extended family and friends.
