HEEHY Dr, John Edward Joseph OAM MB BS (Sydney) 1944 Cherished and beloved husband of Jean for 63 years. Loving and proud father of John, Michael, Pamela and Rosemary and father in law of Sue, Marie Helene, Rudi and Richard. Loved and sadly missed grandfather of Elizabeth, John and William; Timothy, Theodore and Victoria; Peter; Rupert, Charles and Antonia. Loved son of John Thomas and Dorothy Vera devoted brother of Helen and Marydai (all deceased). Fond uncle and great uncle to his nephews, nieces and their families. Solo General Practitioner in Harris Park for 53 years (1948 to 2001) where he spent his life in the service of his patients and their families. Trusted and respected by all. Mercurial, generous, loyal and unstoppable in his working life, he courageously coped with his long illness. Nursed in his last years at Crown Gardens Nursing Home. In his 91st year May he rest in peace
