I taught with Jess at GHH in Derry. She was such a kind, caring human being. I know she had a big impact on so many of her students as well. I'm very saddened to hear of her passing. She will be missed ❤️
Ms. Miele was the English teacher that taught my science minded daughter to enjoy writing. I am thankful my now senior was able to have her as a teacher at GHH in Derry. She was funny and engaged the students. She made such an impact on her students during her short time at GHH. My sincere condolences to her family.
I’m a senior in high school now, but I still have some of the fondest memories of Ms. Miele. I had Ms. Miele my 6th grade year at Hood middle school. She was one of the kindest and most caring teachers I have ever had. She noticed when her students were struggling and she got to know them for who they were. I had dealt with a lot that year and she ...

Jess and I taught together in Derry New Hampshire. I fondly called her my mini me. She was loved by all her students and colleagues. I missed her so much when she left to move to Virginia. But I knew she longed to be near Frank. I am incredibly saddened by the loss of such a beautiful soul! My prayers and thoughts go out to the family.
I have such wonderful memories of hanging out with Jess (and slightly taller Jess!)--eating pizza, mocking bad movies, and talking about how wonderful cats are. She was a wonderful human and friend.
I can’t believe this is real. I remember staying after class with her to finish my extremely late assignments. She would always help me even if the answer was clearly stated. I would look forward to her class everyday because she made learning fun. Although she did send a lot of emails home to my mom about me fooling around, we still had a great bo...
Monica Kennedy Jess was such a beautiful addition to our family. She and Frank shared such a pure love for one another. During the happy, healthy times, being around them was such a joy and inspiration. During the countless doctor and hospital visits we took them to, the loving care we provided to them at home, the stress of the cancer never dulled the adoration they had for each other. Even at their sickest, they were constantly concerned with the other’s well being. The devastating grief to lose them both feels insurmountable. I picture them together now, restored and enjoying all the time that was stolen from them. It is a privilege to care for Poe and Lucy in their honor. All my love forever to my sweetest baby brother Frank and the love of his life Jess❤️❤️ I will miss absolutely everything about them both.
I met Jessica and Frank in 2003 on the internet. They weren't yet dating. I was a young single mother to a 6month old and they were my friends. When they got together I was overjoyed. We stayed in contact through various forms of social media through outthe years, my son is 17 and 6 months old, they sent Christmas cards and kept up with our lives t...

Like another person who's already left a message, I also knew Jessica initially on the internet, and then we both happened to relocate to the D.C. metro area so our friendship was, for a few years of nearly a decade, sporadically in-person. I am so grateful for that. Jessica was one of the most resilient and strong people I have ever known, full of...
I’m now a senior in highschool, but I remember having Ms.Miele as an amazing composition teacher in 6th grade. She was always there for me when I needed it and was my favorite teacher ever. She was one of the greatest people I knew and at such a young age she made a huge impression on my life. She will never be forgotten in my memories.
Jess was a joy to have as a sister-in-law. Being with her and Frank was always a time filled with laughter, wit, movie quotes, music references, and delicious food. We will always treasure the occasions we shared with them, the holidays, the road trips and the river picnics. Their love was like none other and perfect for them. Two super smart, ...

Gabriella L. Jess was one of the best teachers I ever got the chance to learn from. She helped me through so much during my 6th grade year and I don’t know what I could have done without her. My life was changed tremendously because of her and I could not have asked for a better role model. May she Rest In Peace❤️ I already miss her.

Diann Morales I loved working with Jessica❤️ she was quick to smile, kind to everyone and she always went the extra mile for her students. Jessica not only loved teaching writing, she was amazing at it. I loved seeing her kids get excited about writing and I was fortunate to see how they bloomed as writers when we collaborated. Jessica had this picture in her class and I remember telling her I could see their love. They were so happy to add Lucy to their family. I was blessed to see their love and their positivity. My heart and prayers are with you.
Susan, Judy and family, I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love Kim
