Jennifer Clark-Robertson passed away on July 13 after a two-year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Patrick, son Tanner, and stepsons Tremayne and Tristan. Jennifer started working for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank in 2012. She was hired to manage the organization's volunteer and food drive program. Jennifer was an advocate and champion for Food Bank volunteers. It was her personal ambition to make sure every volunteer felt appreciated and had an exceptional and meaningful experience. Jennifer often referred to our volunteers as “the heartbeat of the Food Bank.” Humble as she was, she probably overlooked how much her heart and passion added to this organization and its people. Jennifer was truly a very special person. She left a little bit of sparkle and light everywhere she went. She will be deeply missed.
