Jean Jacques "Johnny" Seguin

Jean Jacques Seguin passed away on Saturday, December 17th, 2016, at the Hôpital de Hull, located at 116, boulevard Lionel-Émond, Gatineau (Hull Sector), Québec, Canada. He was 90 years old. "Johnny" as he was affectionately called by his family and friends, was a true "Bon vivant" -- in the spirit of the phrase. He was a man who loved and appreciated the simple pleasures in life... like a good scotch and good company (especially if was with a beautiful woman), or sitting down and reading the Sun Newspaper. A big part of his business life was his career as a commercial real estate agent. It always seemed what he enjoyed more than making a deal with a client (many of whom were Greek restauranteurs) was to go sit at one of their restaurants to chat and enjoy each other's company while grabbing a bite to eat. Johnny was a man whom you never saw sad or in a bad mood. That smile you see in the picture was his signature trademark, and how he will always be remembered. He embraced "joie de vivre" (the joy of living) as a daily practice... not a special occasion. Johnny we miss you... and the memory of your laugh and smile has always brought warmth and a smile to those who experienced it.
