Jean Patricia Elms

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Jean is survived by her brother John (in England), sister Barbara, daughters Kim and Shayne and grandchildren Jess, Ross, Bradley, Chloe and Mark. Jean also leaves behind the many friends she made during her lifetime. She has been an inspiration to all who knew her. The family would like to acknowledge the excellent care provided to Jean during her stay at Greenhills Lodge Hostel and Nursing Home. We know she was very happy there. Also the care provided by the nursing staff and doctors during Jean's final hospital stay at Maitland Hospital. Not only did they care for Jean but they cared for her family members too.
