Ava Ryerson As a little babe I always remember Uncle Jazz was the coolest. Here he is playing piano with Joe and me. My heart is breaking for the family and friends who lost a gem. Here is a way we can all share our thoughts, memories and condolences and celebrate the life of Uncle Jazz.

Mili Turnbull A family visit I will always remember and be thankful for. They all came to Vegas to meet our little Peter, dining table was full of love, chatter and Serbian barbecue! I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for uncle's adventurous spirit and decision to move from Chicago to LA. It was when I visited him in 2009 that I also met my husband and ended up moving to the US years later. I remember my mom acting all upset with him for not keeping an eye on me, but she later told us she was super amused with the whole thing! He was the cool uncle with no filter and a big heart. I'll always remember him and save the LA Raiders hat he gave me when I was 8y old for my little boy.

The first time I met Jaz, I was 16, I went out to visit my sister Anne in California with my other sister Catherine. He was so tall handsome and very European. He drove a jaguar and was like a race car driver on the freeway!! He was freakin COOL !! He had lots of stories!! You had to listen closely because his accent was very strong!! Very personal...
This is a quick shout out to Ava for putting this together. You are a truly amazing human being. It means the world to me that you’d set this page up from the other side of the Earth during a monumentally hard time for everyone all over the world. Jas always loved and asked about “T-Ry and Benita’s kids.” Thanks Cuzzie! I’ll post up some thoughts ...
Anne, Sasha, Nick, Rade, Mira: no words I say can take the pain you are experiencing away. But know that the light and laughter and sarcasm and personality that filled Jasmin will forever be in our hearts. All our lives were permanently affected just by knowing him. I pray that the pain subsides and the memories will bring more smiles and laughter ...

Jasmin and my sister Anne picked me u...

I first met Jas when he came to work in Tucson in 1993. His workbench was right behind mine. I believe the first thing he said to me was letting me know how many days until football season started. I guessed he was a football fan. We went to lunch that day and most of the work days for years after that first day. We spent many years carpooling to w...
