Passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday May 31, 2014, aged 48. Beloved daughter of Monika and George (dec. ). Devoted partner of Mark for over 27 years. Loving daughter-in-law of Heather and Norman. Spent her life being there for others, filled everyone's hearts with joy and happiness. Taken from us far too young. Rest in peace, little one - you will always be in our hearts xxx
