PALMER Ian Rex. On Thursday 27th October 2016, peacefully in Opotiki; in his 93rd year. Dearly loved husband and friend of the late Dot. Loved dad of Tony and Carole. Loved Poppa of Scott and Emma. A celebration of Ian’s life will be held at the St John Union Church, St John Street, Opotiki on Monday 31 October at 11.30am followed by a private cremation.
