Beloved Father of Michael and adoring husband to Rita (deceased in 1995). You were my inspiration and my example of how to be a good person and to live my life with care and love for all and especially those close to us. Thank you for giving me a better life & more opportunities than I could have asked for; thanks for your willing support & direction; thanks for loving me without question or condition; thanks for showing me the importance of good friends (by your example); thanks for sharing your values & ethics with me; thanks for picking me up when I fell but never lamenting as to why but supporting me to make amends & carry on; thanks for welcoming the people in my life as your own; thanks even at the very end when you couldn't hug me like you used to but yet with your look I could feel how you cared & loved me eternally! Thank you for everything my wonderful Dad and I will miss you & Mum forever but I know you are both close to me always.
