Henry Joseph HALLAWELL
In the First World War, Henry Joseph HALLAWELL volunteered to serve overseas with the Australian Imperial Force (AIF). He embarked at Melbourne, Victoria aboard HMAT Themistocles on 28 July 1916. He was a member of the 24th Infantry Battalion. Henry is remembered by all his descendants for his service and sacrifice. LEST WE FORGET
