Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend. Cherished Wife of John Starmer and Andrew Whittering (deceased). Devoted and loved Mother of Elizabeth, Matthew, David and Richard. Grandmother of eleven. Sister to her eight Brothers and Sisters.
