Heather Joy (nee Early) SMITH

SMITH, Heather Joy (nee Early); 12/04/1957-1/7/2017 Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, following her journey with Multiple Myeloma. Aged 60 years. Adored friend and loving wife of Duncan Bruce Smith. Much loved mother of Jono and Hannah, Sarah and Mike, Fiona, Tim and Haley. Fun-loving and amazing Nanma/Grandma to Mila, Indie, Ivy, Cleo and Finlay. Special daughter to David and the late Isobel. Admired sister to Jenny, Robbie and Murray. Valued and loved for her ability to nurture, care and support her many friends, family and the wider Kapiti Coast community. Heather’s funeral will be held at Impact Auditorium, 16 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu on Friday 7 July at 11;30am followed by burial will be at Awa Tapu Cemetery, Valley Road, Paraparaumu.
