Cherished grandmother & great-grandmother of their families. The relatives and friends of the late Hazel Ware are respectfully invited to attend her funeral. A cremation service, commencing at 3.00 p.m. Friday 6th December, 2013 will be held in the Alston Chapel of the Lincoln Grove Memorial Gardens, Gunnedah Road Tamworth.
