George Noakes McCauley GOODE
In the First World War, George Noakes McCauley GOODE volunteered to serve overseas with the Australian Imperial Force (AIF). He embarked at Melbourne, Victoria aboard HMAT Geelong on 22 September 1914. He was a member of the Field Company Engineers. George is remembered by all his descendants for his service and sacrifice.
