My beautiful, dearest cousins, Such a lovely service. I’m so thankful that I got to “be there”. You all were so brave. I once again want to tell you all how much I love you and how sorry I am. I know it must feel so final but no it is not for her spirit will live on in you all. Straight on down through your children and beyond. I truly believe that. I have memories from St George and Orange. Being the oldest of the Australian cousins, I was the flower girl at your mum and dad’s wedding and I believe Rona would be Santa Claus at Christmas. I remember spending a lot of time at Leopards. Aunty Gail was an amazing hostess. I would sit on the wooden ice cream maker while it was being cranked. I remember when y’all were born. Now you all have babies of your own. She was so proud of her girls. She loved you to the moon. Goodbye Aunty Gail, rest in eternal peace ❤️. Love, your niece Didi (Dianne Williams Vanaman)
Dearest girls, Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to pay my respects to your dear Mum by viewing the ceremony. The service was a beautiful and deeply moving tribute to a most remarkable woman who will always be fondly remembered by the Winter girls. You all spoke beautifully in your Mums honour and it is clear that Gails light shines on through her girls and family. May your dear Mum rest peacefully now in Gods hands reunited with all those that were loved and lost, until you are all together again. Sending all our love, thoughts and prayers, the 3 K’s, Kristy, Kaylah and Kim Winter Xoxo
