I first met Frank working on wind farm projects in Colorado in 2007. part 2 smashed it into franks face and in true 3 stooges fashion used both index fingers like windshield wipers on his glasses to wipe the cream away ......we all got a good laugh . Frank and I were able to stay in touch through the years but not enough but I always knew that a laugh was only a phone call away. he will be missed.
