Princess Nwandu Dearest Ehi, Your demise is painful. You were a pleasant chap, polite and held meaningful conversation. The last time conversing with you about life, spirituality and goals shows how focused driven and well grounded not knowing that was a goodbye. Surely, you will be greatly missed. In this difficult time, May your family and friends find strength and comfort in the Lord and hold on to your beautiful memories. May you continue to rest at the blossom of our Lord Jesus Christ till we meet again.

God surely takes the best and knowing you lived a purposeful and God fearing life has been our consolation, Ehi. Your brief and fulfilled life impacted on lives beyond many that live so long. You brought joy, laughter and unconditional love to everyone you met irrespective of their ability, origin or class and I picture your heart warming smile. ...
Pamela Akinboboye You made a promise to visit and kept it despite the pouring rain. Our conversations at your visit only last month keep coming back. Ehioma, hubby and I were looking forward to that jam session at our next meetup...but true to the lyrics of your song, 'this world is not my own', you've gone home and you have eternal joy, peace and rest. It hurts that reconnecting was so brief, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to have shared moments of your adult life discussing God's sovereignty. Thank you Ehi. Till we meet again in heaven
Hmmm Ehioma, a Man with humanity at heart. Your love knew no boundaries. You loved everyone with the whole of your heart without discrimination. I feel so pained at the news of your demise. I love you but I know God loves you more. Continue to rest in God's bossom dearly beloved.
Florence Ugbaja TRIBUTE TO EHI. For everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under Heaven. - Ecclesiastes 3:1. A light from our family is gone, a voice we love is stilled. A place is vacant in our hearts that never can be filled. The sad news of your sudden death, my beloved nephew, was shocking and devastating. I never new that the last time I saw you in March 2022, when we excitedly hugged each other, was going to be the last day I would ever see you on this earth. You were such a respectful young man, looking out for family, always had a smile on your face, desiring to speak Ika language, and learn Ika proverbs. You came into our lives for a little while. You left footprints on our hearts, and we will never be the same. Though you are gone from our sights, but never from our hearts. May God bless your soul, forgive your imperfections and grant you a sweet rest in the Lord. Adieu! From - Mrs F. Ugbaja.
Theodora Akpovbovbo How do you say goodbye to someone for whom the journey of life has just begun? Ehi was a joy to everyone. He was hope for the future, but his life was extinguished in a moment. I didn't know he was in Nigeria. So his passing away was a very rude shock. We are, however, confident that he is resting with the Lord in Heaven. Goodbye Ehi, until we meet, never to part again. Theodora Akpovbovbo
Oby Nnaji “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” -Psalms 73:26 Ehi, words fail me. Saying goodbye this soon doesn’t feel right. So instead, I'll just say I love you and know you are resting peacefully in the loving arms of the Almighty. Farewell precious one, until we meet again! May God’s peace fill our hearts in this difficult time. Amen. Love, Oby.
Peace Roland The son of a lion will always be a lion, you lived a short but full life. Your death hurt like the piecing of a broken bone under the skin. Words cannot describe you enough but your name Ehioma sits perfectly with your person. I am happy because I am convinced in my spirit that you are FREE and have PEACE. It was really nice knowing you, my memories of you will keep you always alive in my mind. farewell wennem. Peace Egede.
Gabriel Njoku Ehi. A brother. A friend. A wise soul. I can’t begin to put into words what his absence has left us feeling. I find my self constantly remembering one of our last encounters in person, up at Alexandra Palace catching up, talking about life and enjoying the weather and scenery that God blessed us with. We would talk about things like work and our shared interest in engineering, our families and future plans, and without fail he would share a gem in the form of either sound advice, new music or both! Those are days we will never experience again on this Earth, except God wills it (and I continue to pray for this because nothing is impossible with God IJN 🙏🏾). I continue to pray that we will sit together like this again soon, and look forward to that day with joy and anticipation. Blood or not he was a brother to me, and I pray that he is sitting with the Father now as we once did, awaiting his reunion with all his loved ones. Sending so much love to his family and those closest to him, and I pray for peace during this difficult time 🖤
Its sad to hear about your passing away, God allow these sad news to happen to us, i pray God Almighty comfort and console the entire church and your family, rest in the Lord till we meet to part no more. GOD BLESS YOU. From Sister Grace Uroegbulam

It was so shocking to hear about your passing. We had a great time when you came to visit later month. I'm still reading the music book you recommended and now it reminds me of you each time I read it. Till we meet again, keep resting brother.
Churchill, my entire family and I are still trying to come to terms with your sudden and shocking departure from this world. There are no words to describe the pain we feel. The only consolation is that you have rested in the Lord and from the challenges of this life as a believer on our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We have full assurance that yo...
Ehioma I can't forget those times we had together. You always had questions to ask me. I cant forget your gentle smile when we reach agreement about an issue we had discussed. You left us all without a goodbye. I miss you Ehioma. Sleep on dear. Prof Mrs Okoh
Dear Ehi, With tears rolling down my face I wish you never had to leave this early, you went to a journey of no return without saying goodbye but for me as a brother you lived forever in my heart. GOODNIGHT!!!
It's with a heavy heart I write this. I was perplexed and depressed by the news of your passing. I never met you in person but I've known your dad for quite sometime and from the tributes I've read, I can tell his loveliness, temperance and magnanimity was evidently displayed by you. You were such a lively chap with a good heart and it makes me wo...
Ehioma... This is the hardest thing to do. I only wanted to spend time with you. I wish I knew you were in Lagos. You were fun and easy going. Easy to talk to and very humble. Kenny Suleiman Ehi, I can’t believe I’m typing this!! My brother, friend & family, you were an amazing person, you knew what you wanted in life and you achieved success. I had to put up the picture of myself, you and Tobi K which we took in 2010 in Tottenham. I will always miss you, but the comfort we all have is that you are with JESUS, this isn’t the end, we will meet in heaven to rejoice. Love you bro, we will meet again!! Kenny Godsman
Hmmmm! Still in shock, I never met you but heard a lot of positivity about you. He knows why He took you home so early. We are all feeling the pain. May God comfort your parents, family, friends and the church of God. Keep resting until we meet at His feet.
Beloved Ehi, you were very pleasant, and you related with everyone beautifully, and not the passage of time will erase your lovely memories from me in particular. You left even before your life ever began. So painful it has been not only for Dad and Mum, but for the whole church as well. Our consolation remains that we will surely meet at the feet ...

You may be gone from our sight, but you will never be forgotten, you will forever be in our hearts. May the good Lord console the parents, colleagues and friends Bro and Sister Ariyo
You were my husband's first friend in church, as young as you were then, you could still hold a decent conversation with an adult. It shows what a great mind you have at a very young age. Rest in perfect peace
God, the Omniscient knows all things. I pray that the Great Comforter send His divine comfort into the heart of the entire family, brethren and colleagues. Rest in perfect peace.
It is always difficult to lose a loved one. We may not find the right words to say to your family but we can only trust GOD to comfort them.
The last time I saw you, you approached me with your lovely and gentle smile smile as you always did. I Never thought that was going to be the last time. Rest well Bro, I never wanted this to happen so soon but God surely know best. The church will miss you.

Last time we met the positive memories about you can never be forgotten. Rest In Peace
Elizabeth Nwandu Where is this bottomless pit that never says enough with wide gaping mouth swallowing gems like Ehi with their amour and shields as weaklings? Where is this hole of no mercy gulping sages and their bowl of wisdom leaving behind mirage of memories to the oblivion of forgetfulness? Where is this tireless grave wagging restless war of attrition on home, family Heros, sucking them away to a land of no return, sparing killers to destroy what was once built. Death has been swallowed in victory through Jesus Christ . Rest in the Lord. Adieu Ehioma
Daniel OKERE Life at best is very brief, like the falling of a leaf. We have not long to stay. Such was a brief life of a young budding icon. Ehioma was my best friend amongst the youth of the Deeper life Bible church, Tottenham district, London UK. An easy-going young and handsome chap, very gentle, soft spoken, calm, kind and very respectful. He was always in contact with me and always assured me that he had a healthy spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord. He was very smart and focused- a great achiever. Ehioma, we love you, but the Lord loves you more. Rest in the bosom of the Lord. From Okere Family
You were truly an Asset, amazing and loving. There is actually no words to qualify or quantify your short Stay here on this planet. We totally join parents to submit to the will of God at this time . Born on 23rd November 1947, she had other five siblings, made up of three brothers and two sisters. Young Akunna had her primary education at Qua Iboe Church Practictising School Umuodu Umuakwu Nsulu, and proceeded to Qua Iboe Church Secondary School, Etinan in Akwa Ibom State where she obtained Cambridge School Certificate In 1970/71, at age twenty-three, Akunna got married to Vincent Olugele from Mbubo Nsulu in Isiala Ngwa North LGA of Abia State. AK, as she was fondly called by her husband, came as divine gift to Vincent. Not only did she mirror the love and harmony prevalent in her family of birth, she was thorough-going in house-craft and general life matters. Her mother-in-law named her “nwanyi-nweulo” (Woman that owns the house). She really took over control. No relative or acquaintance that came visiting went without a memorable treat especially of her legendary local delicacy-Ukazi soup with achara. She was determined, as a spouse, to keep growing in all dimensions. She gunned for the Teachers' Grade Two Certificate at T.T.C Ihie in 1972/73 and settled to take care of their first four children at the home front, while Vincent went for his first degree at the University. Her turn came in 1982/83. She went for the Associateship Certificate in Education at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with the sixth baby in hand. She finally bagged the Bachelor of Education (Management and Planning) in 1994 from Abia State University Uturu, taking it in her stride with other demands of home making. Akunna's work career saw her teach in a number of top-notch primary schools like T.T.C Practicing School, Ihie; Mbubo Community School, Ikenegbu Layout and Aladiama Housing Estate Model Primary Schools in Owerri, and World Bank Model Primary School, Umuahia, before getting reassigned to supervision and administrative duties. She retired as a Director and belonged to a few professional organizations like Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), and Association of Primary School Supervisors. After retirement, her passion to impact knowledge was not abating, so she picked up a teaching appointment at Masters Vessel Academy, Umuahia where she was until she felt unwell. In the community, Akunna served Mbubo village as pioneer Vice President of Womens' Forum for eight years. She was the Secretary of Ejea family women's meeting, a position she held for a very long time until her call to glory. She was a labourer in God's vineyard as one of the pioneer members that planted the first United Evangelical Church (formerly QIC) in Owerri, Imo State. She got ordained a Deaconess of United Evangelical Church at Mbubo, in 2009 and remained a Sunday School teacher until her demise. She also had thirteen grand children. Her hobbies included cooking, teaching, sewing and playing table tennis and badminton. She was not given to any kind of severe ailment until around April this year when she complained about a severe pain in her stomach, whenever she ate food. She was taken to several private and public hospitals where different tests were carried out without a definite diagnosis of the issue until a day before her demise when the diagnosis pointed towards enlargement of the pancreas. For all of us you’ve left behind, you know we miss you. Your good nature and positive impacts resonates in the fond memories we have of you. It’s Earth’s loss and Heaven’s gain but then we hope in you, we have a Guardian Angel. May the Lord grant us, especially your immediate family the fortitude to live with your transfiguration even as we hope to...

A fulfilled housewife, mother, grandmother and counsellor, Akunna was a moral icon and an epitome of love. She was blessed with seven children, three gentlemen and four ladies who are all married, for whom she was not just a mother but also a teacher, role model and long term pillar of support. As it has pleased the Lord, to call Akunna Ubochi Olugele to glory at this time, and with total submission to the will of God, May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen.
