SMITH. Douglas Lester. On 30th April 2016. Aged 94 years. Loved husband of the late Hazel. Cherished father and father in law of Stephen and Rosalie, Hilary and Brian Power, Winsome and Keith Helms, Derwent and Gaylene, and Brendan. Special grandad to his 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brother of Philip and the late Ron, and Nola. " Steady and true to the end" A big thank you to Malyon house and Healthcare NZ for their special care of Dad. A service for Doug will be held at Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, on Tuesday 3rd May at 10.30am followed by a burial.
