    Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and her friends. Beloved wife of Peter, mother and mother-in-law to Guy and Tara, Hayden and Jayme, and Cohen. Grandmother to Alyssa. Daughter and daughter-in-law of Sandra Chapman and Donald Clements (dec'd), Jim Chapman (dec'd) and Dennis Mayne.
